Formatting of Events and Presentations

The first thing one notices about Fred Payne is his wit and charm. He is obviously a people person completely at home in front of an audience. This “old Kentucky boy” puts people at ease with his approachable manner and casual style, but it doesn’t take very long to get one indelible impression. He possesses more knowledge about the healing arts than can be found in the Encyclopedia Britannica.
Fred is a natural in front of people and has appeared before local chapters of the ASD, Psychotronics Association, IONS, has appeared on radio and television, at expositions, regional or national conferences and numerous other groups and organizations having an interest in healing, self help, dowsing, metaphysics or spiritual development.
Fred’s presentations are structured in three main formats. The first is an introduction to his work which is held free or for donation. This stand-alone, three-hour presentation is a lively combination of lecture and demonstrations which often kicks off a series of Fred’s events being held in a community. Although basic in the nature of information being rendered, it is power-packed with compelling demonstrations, illustrations and anecdotes.
The second event format is a single-session educational forum with time allotted for questions and answers followed by a clearing (healing) process. Fred holds several forums of this type, each with a different focus, that are usually three and one-half hours in length.
One such gathering is the “Group Attunement to Promote Prosperity and Abundance.” As well as presenting in-depth information about the subconscious mind and its role in how we create our reality, Fred facilitates a powerful group clearing process using the vibrational healing technology he has developed over the past thirty years. This single clearing process effectively neutralizes 95% -100% of the negative subconscious programming stored in the minds of the participants! There are several other group events such as this one that Fred makes available in a public forum. For many, the results achieved from these wholesale clearing processes could not have otherwise been accomplished in months, years or even in a lifetime.
The third event format is the workshops and training seminars that Fred leads. Over the course of a weekend, Fred conducts an intensive teaching of his techniques, technologies and knowledge to groups of people. For thirty years Fred has researched the healing arts, and is proficient in more than 6000 healing techniques. He considers these intensive teachings to be the most important aspect of his calling as it is his intention and goal to share what he knows with all who want to learn. In this way Fred spreads healing throughout all creation, from person to person.
Fred’s workshops and seminars are attended by healers, aspiring healers and also by those who may simply have a general interest. The workshops come in a series of three with the first workshop a prerequisite to the others. The Level One Workshop contains specialized kinesiology training vital to practicing the advanced healing techniques to follow in the Level Two and Level Three trainings. Throughout the workshops, blocks, barriers and issues are cleared using processes being both taught by Fred and experienced by students simultaneously. These intensive learning sessions are structured so that the abilities of the student are enhanced and the techniques being taught are effectively related.
Fred has worked with virtually thousands of people using his vibrational healing techniques. He is an accomplished teacher, and has come to know that every person has their own unique challenges and issues. Fred helps his students raise themselves up so that they can access information to serve the highest good of all.
